These fictional records demonstrate the reporting experience. They are not actual inventory or a payable settlement.

DH-10% INVENTORY & SALES
Days in stock count from arrival in a saleable location through the valuation date. This is time in inventory, not manufacture age; custom OH dates affect charges only. Months are approximate, using 30.5 days per month. Colors and filters use days.
Exports all matching stock rows and both estimate cost breakdowns.
FIFO ahead: in-stock tire quantity with the same SKU from other suppliers that arrived earlier in a saleable location. Dropship Returns excluded. Equal arrival times are not ahead.
The date range applies to sales. Inventory values use the current source snapshot.
305 INVENTORY
All conditions are included. Each quant remains a separate record. Months in stock are approximate, using 30.5 days per month. Colors and filters use days.
Partner Excel groups matching stock tires by SKU and sums their quantities. No quant IDs are included.
These calculations do not confirm an unpaid balance. This view does not approve charges or record payment.

Fees follow their effective dates. Previously published reports retain their recorded calculations.
ADMINISTRATION
Control sections, view-only access, downloads and individual reports for each user.
Save a set of permissions, then apply it to one or many users. Editing a template never changes existing users automatically.
This replaces each selected user’s complete access policy. Account details, status, passwords and passkeys remain unchanged. The protected owner is never included.
Each user creates their own passkey in Security using their device or security key. The portal stores a public verifier, never their private key or device PIN. A passkey verifies the person; it does not grant permissions.
Existing keys cannot be replaced with this button. A user with an existing working key can add a backup key in Security. Lost-key recovery requires an owner identity check.
Send the user a secure link, or set a new password here. Both actions require your recent sign-in and passkey verification.
ADMINISTRATION
Choose how each sales-order prefix handles recorded and missing tax values.
Saving creates a new tax-policy revision. Published reports keep their recorded policy and amounts; these settings do not rewrite them.
ADMINISTRATION
Recalculate a draft, review every difference, then approve publication.
Settings changes do not change a report. Drafts use the same source quants. Closed and settled periods keep their original amounts; corrections become separate adjustments.
Choose saved tax and storage settings. Source rows, quantities, labor and shipping schedules remain fixed.
Closing locks the published amounts. Mark settled only when payment has actually been made. These actions do not send money.
| Version / status | Tax settings | 305 payout | Created / reason | Review |
|---|
Apply an approved correction once to an open, later payout period for the same deal. The original settled report stays unchanged.
ADMINISTRATION
Review updated quant data and its effect on report calculations.
Approve a source to prepare a revision, retain the published report, or record an investigation. A prepared revision needs separate report approval before it changes published amounts or records an adjustment.
Change alerts exclude the listing field “Sale Price.” Recorded sale amounts, including “Sales Price (from Sales Order line)” and “Subtotal,” remain checked. All original columns remain in the raw data; historical source evidence remains in its original Excel export.
Changes are shown even when the net payout difference is zero.
ADMINISTRATION
Choose a raw supplier, select its purchase order, then save the deal label.
These saved labels control which loads belong to future report builds. Labelling a load does not publish a report, change an existing payout or record payment.
Supplier names and PO references come from the raw quant catalog.
Stock counts use positive quantities in the raw catalog’s Stock locations. Locations outside Stock are excluded from this count and remain in the raw source. Out of stock is a stock status for an unlabelled PO; existing deal labels stay unchanged.
ADMINISTRATION
Set the discount, average tax and tire fee used for the DH inventory estimate.
Saving creates an immutable settings revision. Published settlement reports and their recorded calculations remain unchanged.
Defaults: 0% discount, 9% average tax and $0 tire fee. Actual sales use recorded tax and sales-order rules.
Read-only saved settings; form edits appear after saving.
ADMINISTRATION
Set a custom storage start date for an exact supplier purchase order.
Labor, shipping and deal labels stay unchanged. Saving creates a settings revision; existing reports retain their recorded calculations. Use a report revision to review and approve a recalculation.
All catalog labels are available here, including held and mixed loads. A storage setting does not release a hold or assign a deal.
This read-only view shows the saved policy. Unsaved form edits are not included.
